Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with EnhanceCraft. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions and credit purchases. If you have any questions, contact us at support@enhancecraft.com before initiating a dispute with your bank.

1.Subscription Refunds

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. This guarantee applies once per customer and is not available on renewal charges.

After the 7-Day Window

After 7 days from your initial purchase, subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription purchases may be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, the annual subscription fee is non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the 12-month period.

Renewal Charges

Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account settings. We send a reminder email before each annual renewal.

2.Pay-As-You-Go Credit Purchases

One-time credit package purchases are non-refundable once the order is completed. Credits are added to your account immediately upon payment and do not expire.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error on a credit purchase, contact us at support@enhancecraft.com within 14 days and we will investigate.

3.Used Credits

Credits are deducted when an AI processing job is submitted. Credits consumed by completed or in-progress jobs are non-refundable, regardless of whether the output meets your expectations. AI enhancement results vary depending on the quality, content, and resolution of the input image.

We do not guarantee specific results from our AI models. If a job fails due to a verified technical error on our end, the credits consumed by that job will be automatically restored to your account (see Section 4).

4.Technical Failures and Service Errors

If a processing job fails due to a fault on our side (such as a server error or model failure), any credits deducted for that job will be restored to your account automatically. If restoration does not occur within 24 hours, contact us and we will correct it manually.

In cases of extended service downtime or widespread technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use the service during a paid billing period, we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.

Technical failures do not include results that are lower quality than expected, as AI processing outcomes vary by input and are not guaranteed.

5.Monthly Credit Allocations

Monthly credits allocated as part of a subscription are not redeemable for cash and cannot be carried forward beyond the rollover limits stated in your plan. Unused monthly credits that expire due to plan limits are not refundable.

Monthly credits are forfeited if your subscription is cancelled or lapses. Pay-as-you-go credits purchased separately are unaffected by subscription cancellation and remain in your account.

6.How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@enhancecraft.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Once a dispute is filed, we lose the ability to process a direct refund and the dispute process may take several weeks to resolve.

Initiating a chargeback for a charge that is covered by this refund policy will be treated as a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.

8.Account Termination

If your account is terminated by us for violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be issued for any unused subscription time or remaining credits.

If you choose to delete your account, any remaining credits and unused subscription time will be forfeited. We recommend cancelling your subscription first and using remaining credits before deleting your account.
